Inspired by the dynamic sense of power and elegance of the Tiger, the brand had to have a premium and bespoke essence, making use of extremely intricate

deboss and emboss finish of gold texture on matt black glass, 

with a minimal and clean colour system of black and gold.

My goal was to design a label that stood out from other gin brands - unique, modern and bold keeping in mind to have the essence of Japanese Gin.

Monterio Gin is one that properly reflected the power and elegance with its taste of light floral flavour with hints of spices and fresh citrus on the nose.

Dry palate with bold juniper and spicy bitterness.

The illustration of the Tiger on the label, which is a Japanese traditional tiger inspired from Japanese tattoo style printed in gold texture on matte black glass,

for a premium and tactile finish.
